On the occasion of the 139th Smederevo Autumn, a large bunch of grapes, the well-known symbol of the festival, was presented today as a gift to the residents of the Home for the Elderly in Smederevo.
The residents were visited by the Mayor of Smederevo, Jasmina Vojinović, who presented them with gifts and shared with them the festive atmosphere that fills our city these days.
“We have brought you the large bunch of grapes, the symbol of Smederevo Autumn, because we want to share the joy of the festival with you.
Thank you to the staff of the Home for their daily dedication and care, and to you for contributing to the development of our city through your work,” the Mayor said during today’s visit to the Home for the Elderly.
Encounters like this remind us that tradition is not only what we preserve, but also what we share with others.
