The Mayor of Smederevo, Jasmina Vojinović, together with her associates, today toured the “Village Yards” agricultural exhibition and the exhibition by women’s associations from rural and urban local communities, both set up in the Large Town of Smederevo Fortress.
The Mayor said that these exhibitions are among the most beautiful and most visited parts of the festival. In her words, they present the tradition, life and wealth of Smederevo’s villages in the best possible way.
On that occasion, she thanked the representatives of the local communities and women’s associations, who, through their work, creativity and hospitality, succeed so well in bringing the spirit of the Smederevo area closer to visitors.
The exhibitions in the Large Town of Smederevo Fortress will be open to all visitors and guests until the end of the 139th Smederevo Autumn, showcasing authentic products, traditional handicrafts and customs.
