the public that the project developer AS-IMPEKS doo Smederevo, Šalinačka bb, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project “Expansion of the existing photovoltaic power plant from 47kW to 72kW on the roof of building 2 at the location of cadastral plot no. 470/25, Smederevo cadastral municipality”.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation contained in the project developer’s request, may be inspected at the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 1 December to 15 December 2025, between 10:00 and 14:00.
Please submit opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the project in question to this competent authority within 15 days of the date of publication.
