the public that the project developer, Kat Group doo, Jugovićeva 26, Požarevac, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project “Facility for the storage and treatment of non-hazardous waste on cadastral plot no. 5461, Lipe 1 cadastral municipality”.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation from the project developer’s request, may be inspected on the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 5 March to 20 March 2026, from 10:00 to 14:00.
Opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for this project should be submitted to this competent authority within 15 days of the date of publication.
