the public that this authority has adopted a Ruling giving consent to the environmental impact assessment study for the project “Increasing the capacity of the registered waste management facility established on cadastral plot no. 493/18, Smederevo cadastral municipality, at Kovinski put 47v, Smederevo”, whose project developer is the company IT RECIKLAŽA doo Smederevo, Kovinski put 47v, Smederevo.
The study contains all the elements on the basis of which the suitability of the envisaged measures for preventing, reducing and eliminating possible harmful effects on the environment at the site and in its immediate surroundings can be assessed, during the implementation of the project, in the event of an accident and after the project ceases operation.
Under the Study and the Ruling giving consent to the Study, the project developer, the company IT RECIKLAŽA doo Smederevo, Kovinski put 47v, Smederevo, is required, in the construction and operation of the project, to comply fully with the environmental protection measures and the programme for monitoring the project’s impact on environmental factors (Chapters 9 and 10 of the Study), as well as with the conditions and approvals of other competent authorities and organisations obtained in accordance with special laws.
The adopted Ruling may be inspected on the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35).
