Pursuant to Article 25, in conjunction with Article 39 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2024), the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo

the public that the project developer, the company IT RECIKLAŽA doo Smederevo, Kovinski put 47v, Smederevo, has submitted a request for consent to the environmental impact assessment study for the project “Increasing the capacity of the registered waste management facility established on cadastral plot no. 493/18, Smederevo cadastral municipality, at Kovinski put 47v, Smederevo”.
In accordance with Article 25 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2024), this authority will provide public inspection of the environmental impact assessment study on the premises of the Smederevo City Administration, Omladinska 1 (room no. 35, second floor), from 27 March to 6 May 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00, and on the City’s website (https://smederevo.ls.gov.rs/procena-uticaja-na-zivotnu-sredinu-obavestenja/?lang=sr).
The interested public may submit its opinion on the study to this authority within the period set for public inspection and present it during the public presentation and public consultation.
The public presentation and public consultation on the environmental impact assessment study will be held on the premises of the Smederevo City Administration, Omladinska 1, Smederevo, on 30 April 2026, from 12:00 to 13:00.
In accordance with Article 26 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment, the project developer and the author of the study will take part in the public presentation and public consultation on the impact assessment study.
