the public that the project developer, DOO COMPOSTING Smederevo, Beogradski put 70, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project: facility for the storage and treatment (composting) of non-hazardous biodegradable waste on cadastral plots no. 2088 and 2086, Vodanj cadastral municipality (increase in storage capacity).
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation from the project developer’s request, may be inspected on the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 9 February to 24 February 2026, from 10:00 to 14:00.
Opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for this project should be submitted to this competent authority within 15 days of the date of publication.
