The City of Smederevo invites parents, guardians, foster parents and adoptive parents of children from the territory of the City of Smederevo born between 1 January 2014 and 15 December 2024 to apply under the Public Call for the award of New Year gift packages in 2024.
Children are entitled to New Year gift packages if one of their parents, or their guardian, foster parent or adoptive parent, has permanent or temporary residence in the territory of the City of Smederevo.
Applications may be submitted from 1 November 2024 to 15 December 2024.
Required documents:
- Completed application form (which can be downloaded from the official website of the City of Smederevo or obtained at the City Service Centre of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo);
- Proof of permanent or temporary residence of one of the parents in the territory of the City of Smederevo (a printout of the electronically read identity card or a photocopy of it, and for the child’s guardian, foster parent or adoptive parent, also proof from the competent authority) and
- A photocopy of the birth certificate for the child/children.
Applications with the documents should be submitted in person at the City Service Centre of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo from 7:30 to 15:00 every working day, or by post to: City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, 11300 Smederevo, marked “Application for New Year gift packages”.
