Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 4 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129/2007, 83/2014 (other law), 101/2016 (other law), 47/2018 and 111/2021 (other law)), Article 92, paragraph 4 of the Statute of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the City of Smederevo”, No. 2/2019, consolidated text) and the Decision on the Dissolution of the City Assembly of Smederevo and the Establishment of the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2023),
the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo, at its 12th session (held by telephone) on 13 December 2023, adopted the following:
- Conclusion accepting the Information on the Request of the Centre for Social Work Smederevo for assistance to those affected in Malo Orašje and approving funds in the amount of RSD 200,000.00 each
- Conclusion accepting the Request of the Trade Union Organisation of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo for the payment of one-off assistance to employees in the authorities of the City of Smederevo for 2023, No. 133/2023 of 13 December 2023, registered at the filing office of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo on 13 December 2023 under No. 400-5330/2023-09, in accordance with the recommendation of the Government of the Republic of Serbia
- Conclusion giving consent to the Amendments and Supplements to the Special Programme for the Use of Funds from the Budget of the City of Smederevo for 2023 of PUC “Vodovod” Smederevo, adopted by the Supervisory Board of PUC “Vodovod” Smederevo at its session held on 27 November 2023
- Conclusion giving consent to the Amendments and Supplements to the Special Programme for the Use of Funds from the Budget of the City of Smederevo for 2023 of PUC “Zelenilo i groblja” Smederevo, adopted by the Supervisory Board of PUC “Zelenilo i groblja” Smederevo at its session held on 20 November 2023
- Conclusion giving consent to the Amendments and Supplements to the Special Programme for the Use of Funds from the Budget of the City of Smederevo for 2023 of PE “Grejanje” Smederevo, Smederevo, adopted by the Supervisory Board of PE “Grejanje” Smederevo, Smederevo at its session held on 12 December 2023
- Conclusion giving consent to the Amendments and Supplements to the Special Programme for the Use of Funds from the Budget of the City of Smederevo for 2023 of PE “Sportski centar” Smederevo, adopted by the Supervisory Board of PE “Sportski centar” Smederevo at its session held on 8 December 2023
