Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 4 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129/2007, 83/2014 (other law), 101/2016 (other law), 47/2018 and 111/2021 (other law)), Article 92, paragraph 4 of the Statute of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the City of Smederevo”, No. 2/2019, consolidated text) and the Decision on the Dissolution of the City Assembly of Smederevo and the Establishment of the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2023),
the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo, at its 5th session (held by telephone) on 17 November 2023, adopted
the Decision on Awarding New Year Gift Packages in 2023 to Children Born between 1 January 2013 and the Closing Date of the Public Call for the Award of New Year Gift Packages, that is, 15 December 2023.
Applications with supporting documents are to be submitted in person at the City Service Centre of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo from 7:30 to 15:00 every working day, or by post to the following address: City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, 113000 Smederevo, marked “Application for New Year gift packages”.
