The Mayor of Smederevo, Jasmina Vojinović, today held a meeting with the Head of the City Administration, Ivana Stamenković, and the heads of all the departments operating within the Administration.
The results of work in the previous period were analysed in order to identify areas for further improvement, and the key goals for the current year were defined, with a particular focus on completing projects already under way and creating new ones.
The Mayor stressed the importance of direct communication with citizens, which is why she also holds receptions for citizens at the City Administration every working day, where they can raise their problems and suggestions in person.
It was stressed that achieving the shared goals requires the coordinated work of all the departments of the City Administration, so that their responsibilities are carried out efficiently.
