Pursuant to Article 88 of the Law on Waste Management (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 109/2025), the Smederevo City Administration, Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services, publishes the following

of receipt of a request to amend the permit for the storage and treatment of non-hazardous waste
The competent authority informs the public that on 30 December 2025 the operator DOO Dzona metal, Saraorci, Kralja Aleksandra 10 (registered with the SBRA under registration number 21102466), submitted a request to amend the permit for the storage and treatment of non-hazardous waste at the site on cadastral plot no. 4920/1, Osipaonica cadastral municipality
The amendment concerns the expansion of the facility’s capacity through the addition of new plots on which waste management activities will be carried out.
The deadline for submitting opinions and proposals is 22 February 2026, by email to: ekologija@ smederevo.ls.gov.rs.
The submitted request and the accompanying documentation may be inspected at the Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, office 35, from 11:00 to 14:00.
