the public that Ruling No. 381-32/2025-06 of 30 October 2025 has been adopted, establishing that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: construction of the Smederevo solar photovoltaic power plant with battery electricity storage on cadastral plot 233/49, Smederevo cadastral municipality, and of the connection to the electricity distribution system (DSEE) on cadastral plots 233/48, 233/110 and 231/1, Smederevo cadastral municipality, project developer: Naftna industrija Srbije a.d. Novi Sad, Narodnog fronta 12.
The Project in question is on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008)), under item 3 “Energy production”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and is submitted through this authority.
