the public that Ruling No. 381-30/2025-11 of 30 October 2025 has been adopted, establishing that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: Mobile telephony base station “Malo Orašje (Cetin)” SD55, SDU55, SDL55, SDO55, SDJ55, located on the existing mast of the mobile operator Cetin on cadastral plot no. 3357, Malo Orašje cadastral municipality, project developer: Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd, Takovska 2.
The Ruling is based on an analysis of the project developer’s request and of the data on the location, characteristics and potential environmental impact of the mobile telephony base station, also taking into account the prescribed criteria for projects included in the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), since the project in question is on List II, under item 12, sub-item 13 “mobile telephony telecommunication facilities (radio base stations)”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of publication of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection in Belgrade, and is submitted through this authority.
