the public that Ruling No. 381-38/2025-06 of 17 December 2025 has been adopted, stating that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project “Expansion of the existing photovoltaic power plant from 47 kW to 72 kW on the roof of building 2 on cadastral plot no. 470/25, Smederevo cadastral municipality”, whose project developer is AS-IMPEKS doo Smederevo, Šalinačka bb.
The Ruling is based on an analysis of the project developer’s request and of the data on the location, characteristics and potential environmental impacts of the project, also taking into account the prescribed criteria for projects listed in List II of projects for which a request for a decision on environmental impact assessment must be submitted, of the Decree on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment Is Mandatory, the List of Projects for Which a Request for a Decision on the Need for an Impact Assessment Must Be Submitted and the Criteria for Deciding on the Need for an Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 106/2025), specifically under item 3 “Energy production”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of publication of this notice. The appeal is addressed to the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and is submitted through this authority.
