Pursuant to Article 14, paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 39 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2024), the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo publishes the following
Notice
that the project developer Naftna industrija Srbije a.d. Novi Sad, Narodnog fronta 12, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project: construction of the Smederevo solar photovoltaic power plant with battery electricity storage on cadastral plot 233/49, Smederevo cadastral municipality, and of the connection to the electricity distribution system (DSEE) on cadastral plots 233/48, 233/110 and 231/1, Smederevo cadastral municipality.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation contained in the project developer’s request, may be inspected at the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 13 October to 28 October 2025, between 12:00 and 14:00, as well as on the official website of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo (https://smederevo.ls.gov.rs/procena-uticaja-na-zivotnu-sredinu-obavestenja/?lang=sr)
The deadline for submitting opinions on the project developer’s request is 28 October 2025.
