Pursuant to Article 14, paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 39 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2024), the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo publishes the following
Notice
that the project developer A1 SRBIJA doo Beograd, Milutina Milankovića 1ž, Novi Beograd, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project “Mobile telephony base station BA1536 01 SD_JUGOVO on cadastral plot no. 224, Jugovo cadastral municipality, in the territory of the City of Smederevo”.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation contained in the project developer’s request, may be inspected at the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 13 October to 28 October 2025, between 12:00 and 14:00, as well as on the official website of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo (https://smederevo.ls.gov.rs/procena-uticaja-na-zivotnu-sredinu-obavestenja/?lang=sr)
The deadline for submitting opinions on the project developer’s request is 28 October 2025.
