Taxpayers are reminded that, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 80/2002, 84/2002 (corr.), … 138/2022), they may defer payment of the tax they owe in instalments, with a conditional write-off of 50% of the interest, if paying the tax owed would place an unreasonably heavy burden on the taxpayer or cause the taxpayer significant economic damage.
