The loudest sob of our entire nation echoes in the silence that fell exactly one year ago. That silence still hums with grief. Today we remember with sorrow all the victims of the tragedies that struck Serbia on 3 and 4 May 2023. Our whole country is too small for such great grief, which will stay within us for ever. We must not forget the nineteen innocent souls who left this world too soon. Nor must we forget Primary School “Vladislav Ribnikar”, or Dubona, or our Malo Orašje. We must not forget Bojana, Ana, Katarina, Mara, Ema, Sofija, Andrija, Adriana, Angelina, Dragan, Kristina, Milan, Dalibor, Nemanja, Nikola, Lazar, Aleksandar, Marko and Petar. It is up to us to cherish the bright memory of those who died and to let them be an eternal inspiration to us throughout our lives. May their smiles live for ever in our hearts! Glory to them!
