To mark 29 June, International Danube Day, little ones from the Preschool Institution “Naša radost” gathered today on Smederevo’s riverside promenade to send a message, through play, song and creative workshops, about the importance of protecting the river they are growing up beside.
With the help of their preschool teachers, the boys and girls from Smederevo’s kindergartens used their creativity to show what they know about environmental protection.
Every year, the Preschool Institution “Naša radost” takes an active part in marking Danube Day, teaching children from the earliest age to love their river and nature.
