As previously announced, the rehabilitation of streets in the urban local communities of Smederevo is proceeding according to the planned schedule. Rehabilitation works were planned on twenty-two streets, worth RSD 143,800,000.00 including VAT.
In recent days, works were completed on the streets belonging to Local Community “25. Maj” in Smederevo: Izvorska, Grčića Milenka, Strumička and Godominska.
On this occasion, the Mayor of Smederevo, Jovan Beč, visited the residents of Strumička Street and talked to them about the importance of improving the road infrastructure in our city. The residents expressed great satisfaction, above all because they now have an asphalted access to their houses, and because the rehabilitation of all the more important roads will continue.
The Mayor stressed that once the works on the priority streets have been completed, works will continue on other streets and roads in Smederevo.
