Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 4 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129/2007,

Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 4 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129/2007, 83/2014 (other law), 101/2016 (other law), 47/2018 and 111/2021 (other law)), Article 92, paragraph 4 of the Statute of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the City of Smederevo”, No. 2/2019, consolidated text) and the Decision on the Dissolution of the City Assembly of Smederevo and the Establishment of the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2023),

the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo, at its 18th session held on 19 January 2024, adopted the following:

• Decision on Uncategorised Roads in the Territory of the City of Smederevo

• Decision on the Maintenance of Streets and Municipal Roads in the Territory of the City of Smederevo

• Decision on Amendments and Supplements to the Decision on Public Car Parks

• Decision on the Amendment and Supplements to the Decision on Public Urban and Suburban Passenger Transport by Bus in the Territory of the City of Smederevo

• Decision on the Supplement to the Decision on the Network of Public Preschool Institutions in the Territory of the City of Smederevo

• Decision on the Acquisition of Real Estate into the Public Ownership of the City of Smederevo, Cadastral Plot No. 714/1, Ralja Cadastral Municipality

• Annual Work Plan of the City Emergency Situations Headquarters in the Territory of the City of Smederevo for 2024

• Ruling on the Appointment of the Director of the Historical Archives in Smederevo

• Ruling on the Termination of Office of the Acting Director of the Historical Archives in Smederevo

• Conclusion accepting the Report on the State of Road Traffic Safety in the Territory of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–June 2023

• Conclusion accepting the quarterly reports prepared to monitor savings and oversee the operation of the public lighting system, submitted by the private partner, and to inform the public partner about the operation of the public lighting, in accordance with the Measurement and Verification Plan for the period from September 2022 to August 2023, and the annual report determining the savings achieved (the first year of the guaranteed period), all in accordance with the Public-Private Partnership Agreement for the Replacement, Rationalisation and Maintenance of Part of the Public Lighting System by Applying Energy Saving Measures in the Territory of the City of Smederevo, No. 400-11867/2021-09

• Conclusion repealing the Conclusion of the City Assembly of Smederevo, No. 463-107/2021-09 of 8 October 2021

• Conclusion accepting the Information on the possibility of acquiring real estate in the Smederevo cadastral municipality into the public ownership of the City of Smederevo on the basis of a unilateral statement by the co-owner of the property waiving the right of co-ownership, and giving consent to the acquisition into the public ownership of the City of Smederevo of cadastral plot no. 11962/6, with a total area of 9 ares 31 m², classified as other building land in ownership, entered in Property Title Certificate 16197, Smederevo cadastral municipality, on the basis of a unilateral statement by the co-owner of the property waiving the right of co-ownership, made in the form of a document certified (solemnised) by a notary public

• Ruling giving consent to the plan of activities and tasks for implementing the Local Action Plan for the Social Inclusion of Roma Men and Women in Smederevo for the Period 2022–2024, for the period January–March 2024

• Conclusion approving funds in the amount of RSD 500,000.00 to the Union of Roma NGOs “Smederevski forum” from Smederevo for implementing Activities from the Local Action Plan for the Social Inclusion of Roma Men and Women in Smederevo for the Period 2022–2024: Educational workshops for Roma parents on the importance of the upbringing and education of children at an early age and on ensuring continuity in education, Info sessions to inform parents and pupils about affirmative measures for the enrolment of Roma pupils in secondary schools, colleges and universities, and Educational workshops on recognising forms of violence and taking preventive measures to protect vulnerable persons, for children and women in all the larger Roma settlements

• Decision granting Local Community Saraorci the use, free of charge, for the purpose of distributing food to the socially vulnerable population, of a building for utility activities (building no. 1) located on cadastral plot no. 2933/1, Saraorci cadastral municipality, at Kralja Aleksandra 67 in Saraorci, with an area of 19.00 m², entered in property title certificate no. 1621, Saraorci cadastral municipality, as public property of the City of Smederevo with a 1/1 share
