Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 4 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129/2007, 83/2014 (other law), 101/2016 (other law), 47/2018 and 111/2021 (other law)), Article 92, paragraph 4 of the Statute of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the City of Smederevo”, No. 2/2019, consolidated text) and the Decision on the Dissolution of the City Assembly of Smederevo and the Establishment of the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2023),
the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo, at its 14th session held on 27 December 2023, adopted the following:
- Decision on the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–March 2024
- Conclusion giving consent to the Programme (Work Plan) and Financial Plan of the Smederevo Cultural Centre in accordance with the Decision on the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–March 2024
- Conclusion giving consent to the Work Plan and Financial Plan of the Smederevo Public Library in accordance with the Decision on the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–March 2024
- Conclusion giving consent to the Work Plan and Financial Plan of the Historical Archives in Smederevo in accordance with the Decision on the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–March 2024
- Conclusion giving consent to the Work Programme and Financial Plan of the Museum in Smederevo in accordance with the Decision on the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–March 2024
- Conclusion giving consent to the Work Plan and Financial Plan of the Regional Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments Smederevo in accordance with the Decision on the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–March 2024
- Conclusion giving consent to the Work Plan and Financial Plan of the Centre for Social Work Smederevo in accordance with the Decision on the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–March 2024
- Conclusion giving consent to the Work Plan and Financial Plan of the Preschool Institution “Naša radost” Smederevo in accordance with the Decision on the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–March 2024
- Conclusion giving consent to the Work Programme and Financial Plan of the Day Care Institution for Children, Young People and Adults with Developmental Disabilities “Sunce”, Smederevo in accordance with the Decision on the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–March 2024
- Conclusion giving consent to the Work Programme and Financial Plan of the Regional Centre for Professional Development of Employees in Education Smederevo in accordance with the Decision on the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period January–March 2024
- Ruling on the Termination of Office of the Acting Director of the Historical Archives in Smederevo
