Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 4 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129/2007, 83/2014 (other law), 101/2016 (other law), 47/2018 and 111/2021 (other law)), Article 92, paragraph 4 of the Statute of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the City of Smederevo”, No. 2/2019, consolidated text) and the Decision on the Dissolution of the City Assembly of Smederevo and the Establishment of the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2023),
the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo, at its 17th session held on 12 January 2024, adopted the following:
- Ruling on the Termination of Office of a Member of the Management Board of the Historical Archives in Smederevo
- Conclusion giving consent to the Special Programme for the Use of Funds from the Budget of the City of Smederevo during the Temporary Financing of the City of Smederevo for the Period 1 January–31 March 2024 of PE “Urbanizam” Smederevo, Smederevo
- Conclusion giving consent to the Special Programme for the Use of Funds from the Budget of the City of Smederevo for the Period 1 January–31 March 2024 of PE “Gradsko stambeno”, Smederevo
- Conclusion giving consent to the Special Programme for the Use of Funds from the Budget of the City of Smederevo for the Period from 1 January to 31 March 2024 of PE “Sportski centar” Smederevo
- Conclusion giving consent to the Special Programme for the Use of Funds from the Budget of the City of Smederevo for the Period 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024 of PE “Smederevska tvrđava” Smederevo
- Decision on the Selection of Sports Programmes Financed from the Budget of the City of Smederevo for the Period from 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024
