the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo, at its 3rd session (held by telephone) on 7 November 2023, adopted
the Conclusion giving PE “Grejanje” Smederevo, Smederevo consent to the Decision on the Award of Contract in the procurement procedure for services exempt from the application of the Law on Public Procurement (financial services: granting a loan, including all costs necessary for its implementation), serial no. A.2.1.b/2023, No. 8194 of 25 October 2023.
