Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 4 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129/2007, 83/2014 (other law), 101/2016 (other law), 47/2018 and 111/2021 (other law)), Article 92, paragraph 4 of the Statute of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the City of Smederevo”, No. 2/2019, consolidated text) and the Decision on the Dissolution of the City Assembly of Smederevo and the Establishment of the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2023),
the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo, at its 4th session held on 13 November 2023, adopted the following acts:
- Conclusion adopting the Information on the revenue and receipts collected and the expenditure and outlays made from the budget of the City of Smederevo for the period January–September 2023
- Decision on the Disposal of Movable Property in the Public Ownership of the City of Smederevo (16,279 Luminaires (Installation)) Resulting from the Implementation of the Public-Private Partnership Agreement for the Replacement, Rationalisation and Maintenance of Part of the Public Lighting System by Applying Energy Saving Measures in the Territory of the City of Smederevo, No. 400-11867/2021-09 of 23 December 2021, from the Public Ownership of the City of Smederevo
- Decision on Accepting the Transfer of Public Ownership Rights over Movable Property
- Conclusions approving funds to PUC “Vodovod” Smederevo for financing the procurement of a “Cargo and off-road vehicle for the maintenance of water supply and sewerage installations”
- Rulings on the Use of Funds from the Current Budget Reserve
- Conclusion approving, in accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of the Law on Financing Political Activities (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 14/2022), funds to the political entities that won councillors’ mandates in the City Assembly of Smederevo at the elections held on 21 June 2020, to finance their regular work for the period 1–30 October 2023, that is, until the adoption of the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the Dissolution of the City Assembly of Smederevo and the Establishment of the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo
- Decision on Allocating Funds for Establishing and Strengthening Associations in the Field of Agriculture
- Decision on Allocating Funds for Promotional Activities in Agriculture and Rural Development
- Decision on Allocating Funds for Subsidising Reproductive Material in Cattle Breeding
- Decision on the Financing and Co-financing of Projects for Implementing the Measures and Activities of the Strategy for the Development of Social Protection in the City of Smederevo in 2023
- Ruling on the Establishment of the Commission for Business Premises and on the Appointment of the Chair, Deputy Chair, Members and Deputy Members of the Commission
- Conclusion accepting the Request for the termination of the Lease Agreement for business premises with the lessee VLADAN DRAGUTINOVIĆ PR, TRGOVINSKA RADNJA SD PRO-METAL, SMEDEREVO
- Decision on Leasing Business Premises (Shop No. 5) at Karađorđeva 7 in Smederevo to the Lessees the Association “Organisation of Persons with Amputated Limbs Smederevo” and the Sports Association Shooting and Archery Club of Persons with Disabilities “DESPOT ĐURAĐ BRANKOVIĆ”
- Decision on Leasing Business Premises Located in the Part of the Building Intended for Cultural, Artistic and Entertainment Activities (the hall in the annex of the community centre), at Petrijevska 4 in Smederevo, to the Lessee the Sports Association SPORTS ATHLETICS ASSOCIATION “VEKI SD”, with its registered office in Smederevo at Boška Buhe 26
