the public that the project developer KAPPA STAR RECYCLING DOO, Umka, 13. oktobra 1, Beograd, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project: increasing the capacity of the registered waste management facility established at the location of cadastral plot no. 464/14, Smederevo cadastral municipality, at Industrijska 21, Smederevo.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation contained in the project developer’s request, may be inspected at the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 26 February 2025 to 13 March 2025, between 12:00 and 14:00.
Please submit opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the project in question to this competent authority within 15 days of the date of publication.
