The City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services, Section for Utility Affairs, Transport and Environmental Protection, Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection, pursuant to Article 69 of the Law on Waste Management (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 36/2009, 88/2010, 14/2016, 95/2018 (other law) and 35/2023), publishes the following
Notice
of the receipt of a request for the issue of a permit for the storage of non-hazardous waste
The competent authority informs the public that on 26 December 2024 the operator ELVIN JOSIĆ PR Trgovina na veliko otpacima i ostacima AMEL I ARMIN STIL, Šalinačka 48, Smederevo (registration number 67774728) submitted a Request for the issue of a permit for the storage of non-hazardous waste at the location of cadastral plot 559/3, Smederevo cadastral municipality, registered at the filing office of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo under number 382-38/2024-11.
The operator submitted the complete documentation on 30 December 2024.
The waste management activity will be carried out within the constructed building at the location of cadastral plot 559/3, Smederevo cadastral municipality, and in an open storage area of approximately 300m2.
The deadline for submitting opinions and proposals is 8 February 2025, by email to: ekologija@ smederevo.ls.gov.rs.
The submitted request and the accompanying documentation can be inspected at the Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, office 35, from 11:00 to 14:00.
