Notice
on the receipt of a request for an amendment to the permit for the treatment (storage) of non-hazardous waste
The competent authority informs the public that on 5 July 2023 the facility operator, the production and trading company EURO-METAL B&B doo, registration number 20961902, submitted a Request for the amendment and supplementation of the permit for the treatment (storage) of non-hazardous waste at the location of part of cadastral plot 5224/1, Osipaonica cadastral municipality, No. 501-16/2023-11 of 5 July 2023.
The amendment concerns the expansion of the capacity of the registered facility by leasing part of a commercial building (a production hall of 600 m²) to be used for the company’s activity in question, and the supplement concerns the introduction of non-hazardous waste with index number 15 01 04 (metal packaging), which will be treated.
The deadline for submitting opinions and proposals is 30 August 2023, by email to: ekologija@ smederevo.ls.gov.rs. The submitted request and the accompanying documentation can be inspected at the Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, office 35, from 11:00 to 14:00.
