the public that Ruling No. 381-3/2023-11 of 19 June 2023 has been adopted, stating that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: solar power plant on cadastral plots no. 2172, 2173 (part) and 2171 (part), Saraorci cadastral municipality, whose project developer is AVR Solar Park doo.
The Project is on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), item 3 “Energy production”.
The interested public may lodge an appeal against the adopted Ruling with the Ministry of Environmental Protection, through this authority, within 15 days of the date of publication of the notice.
