the public that Ruling No. 501-102/2023-11 of 10 July 2023 has been adopted, stating that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: mobile telephony radio base station “BA1052_04 SD_SMEDEREVO_ CENTAR”, Ivana Gundulića 1, on cadastral plot no. 1948, Smederevo cadastral municipality, whose project developer is A1 SRBIJA doo Beograd.
The adopted Ruling may be inspected on the premises of the Smederevo City Administration, Omladinska 1 (office 35, second floor), every working day from 11:00 to 14:00, within 15 days of the date of publication of this notice.
The interested public may lodge an appeal against the adopted Ruling with the Ministry of Environmental Protection, through this authority, within 15 days of the date of publication of the notice.
