Pursuant to Article 14, paragraph 4, in conjunction with Article 29 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 135/2004 and 36/2009), the Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services

the public that on 19 July 2023 Ruling No. 501-100/2023-11 was adopted, determining the scope and content of the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the Project “Non-hazardous waste management facility ‘Metal eko sistem’ on cadastral plot no. 4090, Radinac cadastral municipality, in Smederevo”.
The adopted Ruling on the scope and content of the Study may be inspected on the premises of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35, second floor), every working day from 12:00 to 14:00, within 10 days of the date of publication of this notice.
The interested public may lodge an appeal against the adopted Ruling within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is addressed to the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection in Belgrade, and is submitted through this authority.
