the public that Ruling No. 501-95/2023-11 of 21 July 2023 has been adopted, determining the scope and content for updating the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the Project: reconstruction of the mobile telephony radio base station “SD_ Smederevo_2, BA 1023_02” on cadastral plot no. 8329/1, Smederevo cadastral municipality, at Đure Daničića 88, Smederevo, whose project developer is A1 doo Beograd.
The adopted Ruling may be inspected on the premises of the Smederevo City Administration, Omladinska 1 (office 35, second floor), every working day from 11:00 to 14:00, within 15 days of the date of publication of this notice. The interested public may lodge an appeal against the adopted Ruling within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is addressed to the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection in Belgrade, and is submitted through this authority.
