the public that Ruling No. 381-16/2023-11 of 31 August 2023 has been adopted, stating that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project “Establishment of a Centre for the storage and recovery of non-hazardous waste with the properties of secondary raw materials at the location of cadastral plot no. 5461, Lipe 1 cadastral municipality”, whose project developer is Kat Group doo, Jugovićeva 26, Požarevac.
The Project is on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), specifically under item 14 “Other projects”, sub-item 2 “Waste management facilities”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is addressed to the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and is submitted through this authority.
