Pursuant to Article 29, paragraph 1 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 135/2004 and 36/2009), the Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the Smederevo City Administration issues the following
Notice
The project developer Telekom Srbija ad Beograd, Takovska 2, has submitted a request for consent to the updated Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the Project “SD47, SDU47, SDL47, SDO47 and SDJ47, SD-Djure Daničića” on cadastral plot 8329/1, Smederevo cadastral municipality, at Đure Daničića 96-98, Smederevo.
In accordance with Article 24, paragraph 1 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 135/2004 and 36/2009), the Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the Smederevo City Administration has adopted a Ruling giving consent to the Study.
In accordance with Article 24, paragraph 2 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 135/2004 and 36/2009), during the operation of the Project the project developer is obliged to comply fully with the measures for preventing, reducing and eliminating harmful environmental impacts set out in the Study, as well as with the conditions of the competent authorities and organisations.
The project developer and the interested authorities, organisations and public may initiate an administrative dispute by filing a lawsuit with the competent court within 30 days of the date of receipt of this notice or of the date of its publication in the media.
