the public that Ruling No. 381-28/2023-11 of 1 November 2023 has been adopted, stating that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: Adaptation of an existing industrial building for the production of metal hardware on cadastral plot 233/68, Smederevo cadastral municipality, whose project developer is VICTORY ELECTRIC doo Smederevo, Šalinačka 86.
The Project is on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), specifically under item 6 “Production and processing of metals”, sub-item 5 “Installations for the surface treatment of metals and plastic materials using electrolytic and chemical processes”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is addressed to the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and is submitted through this authority.
