the public that Ruling No. 381-27/2023-11 of 25 October 2023 has been adopted, establishing that an environmental impact assessment is required for the Project: Storage of non-hazardous waste at the location of cadastral plots 2603/6 and 2603/7, Vranovo cadastral municipality, project developer: DU Integral plus doo, Smederevo, Kajmakčalanska 8.
The Project in question is on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), under item 14 “Other projects”, sub-item 2 “Waste management facilities”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and is submitted through this authority.
