the public that Ruling No. 381-31/2023-11 of 25 December 2023 has been adopted, establishing that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: construction of a car repair workshop on cadastral plots no. 10428/1 and 10428/2, Smederevo cadastral municipality, project developer: Dragica Cvetković, Starca Vujadina 6, Smederevo.
The Project in question is on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), under item 6 “Production and processing of metals”, sub-item 6 “installations for the manufacture or assembly of motor vehicles and the manufacture of motor vehicle engines”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and is submitted through this authority.
