the public that Ruling No. 381-33/2023-11 of 15 January 2024 has been adopted, establishing that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: construction of a building for raising broiler chickens on cadastral plot no. 6160, Osipaonica cadastral municipality, project developer: Darko Branković PR, DARE retail shop, Lugavčina, Kralja Petra I.
The adopted Ruling may be inspected on the premises of the Smederevo City Administration, Omladinska 1 (office 35, second floor), every working day from 11:00 to 14:00, within 15 days of the date of publication of this notice.
The interested public may lodge an appeal against the adopted Ruling with the Ministry of Environmental Protection, through this authority, within 15 days of the date of publication of the notice.
