the public that Ruling No. 381-34/2023-11 of 16 January 2023 has been adopted, establishing that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: radio station of the Lux Naxi Radio 102.0 MHz FM transmitter, on cadastral plot no. 604/7, Smederevo cadastral municipality, Šalinačka bb, project developer: Radio Lux Doo Smederevo.
The Project in question is on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), under item 12 “infrastructure projects”, sub-item 12 “telecommunication transmitters, radio relay systems”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and is submitted through this authority.
