the public that Ruling No. 381-7/2024-11 of 29 February 2024 has been adopted, establishing that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: SOLAR POWER PLANTS with an installed capacity of 690 kW AC on the roof of a building (building no. 1 in property title certificate no. 15988, Smederevo cadastral municipality) supplying the electrical cabinet for own consumption, with partial delivery of electricity to the distribution system as a customer-producer (prosumer) for own needs, on cadastral plot no. 13434, Smederevo cadastral municipality, project developer: RETAIL PARK FOUR doo BEOGRAD, Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 10l, Belgrade.
The Project in question is on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), item 3 “Energy production”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and is submitted through this authority.
