the public that Ruling No. 381-5/2024-11 of 1 March 2024 has been adopted, establishing that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: Compressed gas filling station for motor vehicles on cadastral plot no. 4091, Radinac cadastral municipality, Palanački put, Smederevo, project developer: MESSER TEHNOGAS AD Beograd, Banjički put 62, Belgrade.
The Project in question is on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), under item 5 “storage of flammable liquids and gases, natural gas, fossil fuels, oil and petroleum products and chemicals”
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and is submitted through this authority.
