the public that Ruling No. 381-8/2024-11 of 29 February 2024 has been adopted, establishing that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: COMMERCIAL BUILDING, RETAIL PARK FOUR, phase B1 on cadastral plot no. 13434, Smederevo cadastral municipality, project developer: RETAIL PARK FOUR doo BEOGRAD, Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 10l, Novi Beograd.
The Project in question is on the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), under item 12 “Infrastructure projects”, sub-item 1 “Urban development projects”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of receipt of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and is submitted through this authority.
