the public that Ruling No. 381-15/2024-11 of 9 May 2024 has been adopted, stating that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project: radio base station “BA1594_01 SD_Smederevo_indzona_sever”, GSM900/LTE1800/LTE800/LTE2100, Šalinačka bb (DIS market), on cadastral plot no. 233/50, Smederevo cadastral municipality, project developer A1 SRBIJA doo Beograd, Milutina Milankovića 1ž.
The Ruling is based on an analysis of the project developer’s request and of the data on the location, characteristics and potential environmental impact of the mobile telephony base station, taking into account the prescribed criteria for projects included in the List of Projects for which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), since the project in question is on List II, item 12, sub-item 13, “mobile telephony telecommunication facilities (radio base stations)”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of publication of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection in Belgrade, and is submitted through this authority.
