you that on 29 April 2024 Ruling No. 381-14/2024-11 was adopted on determining the scope and content of the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the Project: facility for keeping and exploiting laying hens on cadastral plots no. 1358/1, 1359 and 2292/1, Mala Krsna cadastral municipality, in Smederevo.
The adopted Ruling on the scope and content of the Study may be inspected at the premises of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35, second floor), every working day from 10:00 to 14:00, within 10 days of the date of publication of this notice.
The interested public may lodge an appeal against the adopted Ruling within 15 days of receipt of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection in Belgrade, and is submitted through this authority.
