Pursuant to Article 14, paragraphs 6 and 8, and Article 39 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2024), the Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services

the public that Ruling No. 381-8/2025-11 of 6 May 2025 has been adopted, establishing that an environmental impact assessment is not required for the Project “SD82, SDL82, SDO82, SDJ82 Jugovo bazeni”, on cadastral plot no. 4433, Smederevo cadastral municipality, project developer: the telecommunications company Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd, Takovska 2, Belgrade.
The Ruling is based on an analysis of the project developer’s request and of the data on the location, characteristics and potential environmental impact of the project, also taking into account the prescribed criteria for projects included in List II of projects for which an environmental impact assessment may be required (Decree Establishing the List of Projects for Which an Impact Assessment Is Mandatory and the List of Projects for Which an Environmental Impact Assessment May Be Required, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 114/2008), since the project in question is on List II, under item 12 “infrastructure projects”, sub-item 13 “mobile telephony telecommunication facilities (radio base stations)”.
The project developer and the interested public may inspect the adopted Ruling and lodge an appeal against it within 15 days of the date of publication of this notice. The appeal is lodged with the second-instance authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection in Belgrade, and is submitted through this authority.
