the public that on 6 June 2025 a Ruling was adopted giving consent to the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the Project “Increasing the capacity of the registered waste management facility” established at the location of cadastral plot no. 464/14, Smederevo cadastral municipality, at Industrijska 21, Smederevo, project developer: KAPPA STAR RECYCLING DOO, Umka, 13. oktobra 1.
In accordance with Article 31, paragraph 2 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2024), during the operation of the Project in question the project developer is obliged to comply fully with the measures for preventing, reducing and eliminating harmful environmental impacts set out in the Study, as well as with the conditions of the competent authorities and organisations.
The project developer and the interested authorities, organisations and public may initiate an administrative dispute by filing a lawsuit with the competent court within 30 days of the date of receipt of this notice or of the date of its publication in the media.
