The Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services, Section for Utility Affairs, Transport and Environmental Protection, Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection of the City Administration of Smederevo, pursuant to Article 67, paragraph 6 of the Law on Waste Management (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 36/2009, 88/2010, 14/2016, 95/2018 (other law) and 35/2023), publishes the following
Notice
that a Ruling has been adopted revoking the permit for the storage of non-hazardous waste, register number 84, at the location of cadastral plot 493/40, Smederevo cadastral municipality, at Kovinski put bb, Smederevo, held by the facility operator HJK PLASTIKA doo, with its registered office at Dunavska 26, Kovin (registration number 21525634), which was issued by Ruling of the Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services, Section for Utility Affairs, Transport and Environmental Protection, Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, No. 382-17/2023-11 of 27 December 2023, on the grounds that the operator is no longer able to carry out waste storage activities, as established by the Inspection Oversight Minutes of the Department for Inspection Affairs, Group for Environmental Protection Inspection of the City Administration of Smederevo, No. 383-45/2025-07 of 3 July 2025, and in connection with the proposal to revoke the permit of the supervised entity, No. 383-45/2025-07 of 10 July 2025.
The Ruling revoking the permit for the storage of non-hazardous waste prohibits the receipt of waste at the location of cadastral plot 493/40, Smederevo cadastral municipality, at Kovinski put bb, Smederevo.
