Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 29 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 135/2004 and 36/2009), the Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo

the public that the project developer, HJK Plastika doo, Smederevo, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project “Establishment of a non-hazardous waste storage facility of HJK Plastika doo at Kovinski put bb, Smederevo, at the location of cadastral plot no. 493/40, Smederevo cadastral municipality”.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation from the project developer’s request, may be inspected on the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 28 June to 8 July 2023, from 10:00 to 14:00.
Opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for this project should be submitted to this competent authority within 10 days of the date of publication.
