the public that the project developer METAL-EKO SISTEM D.O.O. Jagodina, Put kneza Mihajla 9, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project: increasing the capacity of the registered waste management facility established at the location of cadastral plot no. 4090, Radinac cadastral municipality, in Smederevo.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation contained in the project developer’s request, may be inspected at the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 5 March to 20 March 2025, between 12:00 and 14:00.
Please submit opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the project in question to this competent authority within 15 days of the date of publication.
